NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – RP 2021-01: Rowe’s Re-plat of a Portion of McCall’s Addition to the City of Dayton

The City of Dayton hereby gives notice that a public hearing has been scheduled for the following Re-plat application: Rowe’s Re-plat of a Portion of McCall’s Addition to the City of Dayton. Approval of the Major Preliminary Re-plat application requires a public hearing and final decision by the Hearing Examiner. Any person may provide written comments and/or provide testimony. Appeals to the approval/denial of the re-plat are made to the Planning Commission. This notice will be published in the paper of record and distributed to surrounding property owners per CCC 10-01.030.
