             1. Recommended Action – Consider Authorizing Mayor Weatherford to sign and approve – The Washington State Public Works Board Loan which the City of Dayton was awarded in the amount of $880,000 for the 3rd Street Reconstruction Project . Contract # PC23-96103-118.
             2. Executive Session – Council to review and discuss purchase of parcels of land for Waste Water Treatment Facility Upgrade Project. As per RCW 42.20.110 b and c.
