Public Meeting Announcement: South 3rd Street Project Open House

When: 5:00-6:30 pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2023
Where: Dayton City Hall, 111 South 1st Street
What: The City of Dayton plans to begin constructing water, sewer, street, and stormwater improvements in multiple locations including:

• North 3rd Street between Main Street and Dayton Avenue
• South 3rd Street between Tremont Street and School Bus Lane
• J Street and Pearson Street between 3rd Street and 4th Street.
• Sidewalk repairs on Main Street from Front Street to 4th Street are also planned.

Work is anticipated to begin this spring, 2023. The City and Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc. (AP) will be holding a combined Council Work Session and Open House at the time above to discuss project phasing, traffic control, and impacts to property owners.

We would like to meet with property owners within the project areas to discuss impacts to their property. If you are unable to meet during the times specified, we can set up an
alternate time to discuss the project.
